Shipping can vary and will be discussed at the time of purchase depending on the piece. Each custom order can take up to 3 weeks to complete due to the current wait list. Upon completion, all work is shipped immediately via USPS priority or FedEx. Shipping typically takes 3-5 days. If you would like a quicker shipping time, please contact me prior to purchase to ensure your requests are met. I insure all original pieces for the full value of the artwork. To guarantee proper delivery, please make sure your address is correct before placing your order.
RETURNS
I intentionally package and ship each item in such a way that damages are prevented. If any damages do occur in transit, I will gladly work with you to meet each individual need. Because I seek 100% customer satisfaction, all requests are met prior to shipping. An email will be sent for your approval prior to mailing. If your artwork arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the damage immediately and send it to me. Each placed order is considered final.
